Christina Guidera grew up spending countless hours baking with her grandmother learning classic Italian recipes that ignited her interest in what would become her future career.
Christina began her career working in cafés in Sydney, Australia, and later went on to specialize in pastry in New York City restaurants. After her stint at Eleven Madison Park, Christina felt ready to go out on her own to bring premium, delicious baked goods to people everywhere. King Street became a culmination of her fine dining and high volume experience with nods to the creative food scene she experienced while living in Australia.

While Olivia Guidera has always had a sweet-tooth, enjoying the baking process alongside her sister and grandmother over the years, her eye for detail and planning is what kick-started her career in brand marketing within various large companies such as Adidas and Apple Inc.
Together, blending their niche skill set for baking and business, they became a powerhouse duo that has renewed the way people experience and explore baking - making it simple, accessible yet elevated for every occasion, every kitchen and every day.
