It all starts with our employees. To provide authentic products, we need to be true to our values. Those values start with prioritizing employee growth, success and happiness. Fostering a culture of mutual respect and collaboration is what makes King Street Special.
Culture from WithinProviding our employees with meaningful opportunities to grow, learn and thrive is a company priority. Decisions aren’t made in a vacuum; each valued employee contributes ideas and works together to expand and grow King Street.
Building a PipelineOur internship program provides opportunities for local students from underserved communities. New York City public high school students who want hands-on experience in a kitchen are welcome to apply to 6 - 12 month internship for school credit. Upon completion of the program, many students have found full time jobs at some of the most notable kitchens in the city.
