Impact

Our Employees

It all starts with our employees. To provide authentic products, we need to be true to our values. Those values start with prioritizing employee growth, success and happiness. Fostering a culture of mutual respect and collaboration is what makes King Street Special.

Culture from Within

Providing our employees with meaningful opportunities to grow, learn and thrive is a company priority. Decisions aren’t made in a vacuum; each valued employee contributes ideas and works together to expand and grow King Street.

Building a Pipeline

Our internship program provides opportunities for local students from underserved communities. New York City public high school students who want hands-on experience in a kitchen are welcome to apply to 6 - 12 month internship for school credit. Upon completion of the program, many students have found full time jobs at some of the most notable kitchens in the city.

Causes We Support

LGBTQ

We are proud supporters of the Trevor Project. Whether it’s through donating sales from our Pride Month products or contributing baked goods for employee meetings, we strive to support the important work the Trevor Project does to help the LGBTQ community. If you or anyone you know is in need of immediate support, please call the TrevorLifeline at 1-866-488-7386.
